We are a specialist housing provider whose primary purpose is to source and provide high quality domestic style residential accommodation for people who primarily have, but not exclusively, a learning disability.

Key to our success is to work in partnership with Commissioners of Care, Care Providers and employees who share our core values of social inclusion within the local community and focused activities that deliver positive outcomes for our Tenants.

Our accommodation varies from one/two bedroom flats to large detached executive houses that are shared up to a maximum of four tenants. No two properties are the same as we exclusively seek individualistic environmental assessments for our Tenants and then seek to match quality accommodation to these needs and wishes.

Since the formation of the Charity in April 2007 we have seen the lives of many Tenants change for the better – significantly so. It brings our Trustees and I great pleasure to have played our part in bringing independence and inclusion to people who have so much to gain from living within our communities.
